Overview of Personal Word Lists

This low technology solution is appropriate for students who tend to have on-going difficulty misspelling the same words. Frequently misspelled words are written in alphabetical order in a word list, such as in bookmark form or index card, or in a dictionary. This option is appropriate for students who can recognize the correctly spelled word in the word list. This option will not be beneficial for students who have difficulty recognizing the correct spelling of the misspelled word in print.
